As a member of the Board of Directors of the Long Beach International City Theatre, Susan Malecki has been an effective force for change and accountability. Susan spearheaded a task force to review and revise the organization’s Vision and Mission Statements. Under Susan’s leadership, with just a few meetings, the task force crafted concise, thoughtful, and motivating statements, which the Board quickly adopted to update, tired and verbose 1980’s language.
